Full Denture
A full denture is recommended when all your natural teeth in either your upper or lower jaw (or both) need replacing.

Partial Dentures
Partial dentures are natural-looking replacements for missing teeth that are designed to blend seamlessly with your smile. They’re crafted from a combination of strong, durable materials like acrylic and metal frameworks. Partial dentures are secured in your mouth using clasps or other discreet attachments that comfortably fit around your remaining teeth.
A Certificate of Oral Health from your dentist is required for your first appointment.
Immediate Dentures
Immediate dentures are made to be fitted on the day of extractions so that patients will not have to wait any period without teeth.
After 6-12 months your dentures will need relining to refine the fit to the healing supporting tissues. There will be an additional cost for this procedure. At this time the denture will appear, fit, and function as it was intended. Before that time, it is not in its final state.
Healing from tooth extraction continues for up to 18 months. Shrinkage of gums and bone is obvious during that time, but it slows thereafter. You may elect to have a second reline of the denture 18 months after the initial surgery. This reline is not included in your initial fee.
Implant Dentures
Our team specialises in crafting high-quality implant dentures. The placement of the titanium implants themselves is a surgical procedure performed by a qualified dental surgeon. We work closely with trusted dental surgeons in the area to ensure a seamless experience for you. Once the implant surgery is complete, you’ll return to our clinic for the creation of your custom implant dentures.
Implant dentures are complete dentures that are held in place via a titanium dental implant. They can be sometimes used when a patient cannot tolerate the roof of the mouth (palate) being completely covered. This makes them more comfortable, with less material in the mouth. This provides you with much more stability during eating and talking.
The denture is “fixed” to the implants via a metal (normally titanium) framework. This is screwed onto the implants, with teeth and pink plastic added and screwed to the framework to simulate the teeth and gums. The denture can be removed by loosening the screws. This is only required occasionally for maintenance.
