Dental Practitioners
Our dental lab is able to provide you, the dentist, with a full lab service. We are a Procera Network Laboratory which means we own a Nobelbiocare optical scanner. This enables us to digitally scan and design cases to fabricate zirconia and titanium implant abutments and bars, as well as Zirconia crowns and bridges, titanium crowns and bridges, titanium implant bars, E.max CAD and temporary solutions such as Telio CAD.
We also fabricate all other conventional prosthetic and crown and bridge items such as:
- PFM’s
- Gold crowns, bridges and inlays
- E.max press
- Zirpress
- Alumina
- Hybrid implant bars
- Surgical and radiographic stents
- Full arch diagnostic wax ups
- Orthodontic appliances
PFM’ gold and E.max restorations have a 7 day turn around with all others having a 10 day turn around.
All of our work is done here in our Whangarei laboratory by our highly skilled and qualified team.
We are happy to alter or adapt our processes to cater for your cases and individual needs. We are also happy to discuss and help plan any cases either in person or if you are out of town we can do this via phone/email.
